Clean food. Full life.
Huriyali is a passionate — maybe slightly obsessive — group of people who believe good food should bring people together.
We build spaces that make you feel alive.
Think your favorite corner of the world — natural, calm, the kind of place that grounds you in happy thoughts. That’s the feeling we chase with our spaces.
It started over a decade ago in India.
Eating with Ayurvedic intention — whole, vibrant, nourishing — we felt it right away: more energy, longer days, better living.
Back in the Lowcountry in 2013, that turned into six farmers markets a week. Early mornings, local farms, food made fresh every day. What began as a pursuit of better ingredients became something more — a way of eating that lets you fully thrive.
That’s Huriyali a Hindi word essentially meaning green vibrance.
Ruchi grew up vegetarian, with a mother focused on fresh foods, breathing practices, and healthy movement. Tom grew up on lean proteins and hearty grains, going fast, taking risks, and breaking a few things along the way. Together, they built a menu and culture that brings both together — rooted in a whole-food approach that minimizes processed ingredients and maximizes freshness, flavor, and food that actually makes you feel good.
Over the years we have been blessed to have incredible teams focused on the details that matter; delicious eats, kindness, and creating a place for our communities to truly feel at home.
Fruits. Vegetables. Clean proteins. Healthy fats. Genuine warmth.
That’s the foundation. Everything else flows from there.
